An Edit

I edited the open an IE Window ful size post. After you open the new window you have to resize the window first on the bottom right of the new window and after you resize it then you hit the ctrl key and close the new window. Now IE knows to open a link in a new window full size. This trick also works in the new IE 7 beta. Sorry for the misprint.
